Reservation/Booking

Once you have filled in all the details accurately and submitted them, the reservation is final. If you have not received a confirmation, please call us directly. We will then check our system to confirm whether your reservation has been received. NOTE: Also check your spam and junk folders for the confirmation.

Payments

Payments can be made via iDEAL, cash, or by card in the taxi. A 5% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Cancellation/Modification

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made via email, phone, or WhatsApp. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we are obligated to charge 100% of the fare as cancellation fees. If you have paid online, 100% of the cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If the payment has not yet been made, you will receive an invoice for the cancellation fees, which must be settled within 14 days. If the payment term is exceeded, you will receive a payment reminder. Exception to this policy: if your flight is canceled, we will not charge any fees, but we do require proof that the flight has indeed been canceled.

Modification

You can modify your reservations free of charge. You can make these modifications via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Liability

Triptaxi disclaims any liability for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. Triptaxi is in no case liable for any damage arising in any way from actions by third parties. Triptaxi is not obliged to fulfill one or more obligations if prevented from doing so due to force majeure. Triptaxi cannot be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations of the service due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of either Triptaxi or the drivers.
